About the Role

The Senior Occupational Therapist is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of JobCo's OT team, monitoring professional development, providing guidance an delivering professional, billable services to NDIS participants, focusing on Occupational Therapy Services and Assessments. Duties are highly flexible and varied as they are based on the needs of the participant. In addition to Occupational Therapy Services duties may include support coordination, formal case management tasks, and social group facilitation or support.

About You

We are looking for a qualified and registered Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 1 year working within the field.

You will be passionate about delivering high quality Occupational Therapy services and about sharing your knowledge to develop the expertise of your colleagues.

Your positive attitude, collaborative can-do approach, recovery focus, problem solving skills and ability to contribute to a team of professionals in a KPI-driven dynamic environment will set you apart.
